for you to realize your building project. After meeting with you
and discussing your ideas and budget, Thom begins drawings and
integrates your choices (being mindful of your costs) along the
way.

often clients are surprised and disappointed when estimates to
build according to an architect's plans far exceed their budget.
You'll avoid this problem by having your builder involved in the
design process from the start.
With
design/build, it’s one-stop shopping. Design, costs, and
building techniques are fully integrated, meaning a more seamless
and hassle-free experience. Thom creates designs that work both
aesthetically and practically.
An
inevitable part of any creative process is making changes as the
project unfolds. When your builder is also your designer, it's
simple and less expensive to alter those small but all-important
details.
Note:
Some of our clients come to us with architect-drawn plans ready
to begin working with a contractor. We have a great track record
of collaborating with architects, even if they live in Boston
or New York and can only make occasional site visits. All the
principals involved can download work-in-progress digital photos
as we proceed, and we keep in close contact.
